What are the age divisions?

4 Coed Divisions  4-5/6 (Developmental Program), 6-8, 9-11, 12-14 (Blackstone Valley, Providence, Cranston RI and Taunton Ma.).

All other locations (Coventry, RI) will host 3 Coed Divisions: 6-8, 9-11, 12-14 (Based on Registration). A child’s age group will be determined by his or her age on January 1, 2023.

The Spring Program emphasis will be on drafting teams by Skill Combine, skill level, friend request (Not Guaranteed), Address and age groups. 

2023 Spring Season:

·         Open to Boys and Girls Ages 4-14

·         Pre-K through 9th Grade (if 14)

·          7 Week Season

·          First Week: Meet/Greet & Practice

·          1 Day Per Week:  30-35 Minute Practice + 45 Minute Game

·           Trained Officials to promote fair and safe play

·           Mandatory background checks for all coaches and referees

·           All coaches are required to attend coaching clinic & evaluation day

·           Team size: generally, 8 to 10 players

·            Teams formed by Combine/Evaluation day, friend request (not                                guaranteed) COACH REQUESTS NOT ALLOWED!

·         Also Includes:

·            Authentic NFL Youth Flag Football Reversible Jersey, Shorts to match, NFL Flag Belt

·            Playing time for all kids

·             End of the season Play Off for every team

·             Safe and Fun league for you and your child

·              Ability to play in Spring Championship Tournaments

Volunteer Coaches Needed

No coaching experiences, don’t worry!

All volunteer coaches will be teamed-up with their children. 
During the registration process you will be asked if anyone in your family would be interested in coaching.  At this time, you will be able to select to be either a head or assistant coach. We provide a comprehensive coach training and meeting along.  Coaches will have access to our MOJO coaching app.  The App provides practice drills (videos) and plays for coaches.

1 Day per Week:  45 Minute Practice Followed by 45 Minute Game.
