Opening Day Schedule on April 12th: All teams in particular age groups play at the same time each Sunday.
Opening Day Practice Schedule format will be different from the rest of the Season!
There will be program expectations, rules explanations and safety protocols followed by practice (So the kids can get familiar with our brand of flag football)
All gear will be issued on April 12th.
Please allow yourself extra time.

- 9-11 - 10:45 am
- 12-14 - 11:45 am
- Schedule(s) Week #1 (will be posted online and you will also get a team email notification). Schedule may reflect a 15 minute change to accommodate for practices and games on Sundays.
Program Dates will be:
April 12th – Preseason
April 19th – Week 1
April 26th - Week 2
May 3rd – Week 3
May 10th – Week 4 (Mother’s Day)
May 17th – Playoffs
May 24th - No Games (Memorial Day Weekend)
May 31st – Championships
June 7th – Tournament of Champions
June 14th – Summer Slam All Star Tournament (Father’s Day)
- Sunday, Sunday April 12th Activities:
- Coaches Meeting
- Players Meeting (Get a chance to meet your new coach) and receive your uniform
- Get with your teams, practice, learn all program rules and safety protocols.
- Players can wear cleats (football or soccer) and work out gear
- All practices and games will be held at the following (there is no midweek practices by any team allowed):
